| Does MOO and BEAR have credit card security measures in place? |

YES!
Our online store uses 128 bit Secure Server Technology (SSL) encyption for all data transfers provided by our software provider On Technology Australia Pty Ltd (EziMerchant). The security certificate is provided by Comodo.
On the 'checkout' page there will be a yellow padlock in the lower right hand corner of your web browser, indicating your information is being forwarded via a secure connection (data encyption). Additionally if you click the Comodo logo in the upper right hand corner of the 'Checkout' page, the security certificate details will be displayed (with www.ezimerchant.com the authorised user of the certificate). If you require any further information regarding credit card security please email the team.

| What happens to my credit card and address details following my order? |
A member of the MOO and BEAR team will process payment for your order, with an email forwarded to your supplied email address indicating your receipt number for this transaction. Your order will then be dispatched to you (the same working day).
Once the payment has been satisfactorily made by way of cleared funds your credit card and contact details will be deleted. Your name and contact details will not be used for marketing purposes. If you wish to be informed of upcoming sales and special offers, please join our MOO and BEAR club.

| Can I use a MOO and BEAR gift voucher for Online Shopping? |
Yes, just enter your gift voucher number into the text entry box on checkout (located on the checkout page). The value of the gift voucher will be deducted from your total order by the MOO and BEAR team prior to processing of your payment details.

| Do you sell to overseas customers? |
YES!
The postage rate will differ a little but is still quite reasonable (see detailed chart on the postage information page). For a quick conversion from Australian dollars to your currency please click here for an online currency converter to check conversion to your local currency.

| What is the postage cost for Australian deliveries? |
We charge a flat $5 (including GST) for all orders delivered within Australia.

| What if I need to return an item? |

Please contact us as soon as possible and we can sort out the situation. If an item is ever found to be defective or is not suitable for its intended purpose, we give a full refund including postage costs (initial cost plus cost of returning the item).
We do not refund in any other circumstances but will happily exchange for another size or item (Item must be returned with tags still attached in new condition and item must be received within 30 days of purchase date). If another size is unavailable and no other item is desired, we give a gift voucher to the value of the purchase to be used within 6 months. However please note that postage costs in this situation would remain the customer’s responsibility.

| I need some assistance in choosing an item |
One of the drawbacks of online shopping is that you can’t ask a shop assistant directly for advice! But please email us and we will do our best to assist whether it be recommending a gift or helping with sizes. A size chart is also available by clicking here
